Bringing a puppy home is exciting - but it can raise a lot of questions. This page covers the most common ones about our walking, training and in-home care services.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: I currently offer services within a 10 mile radius of the Rossendale Valley. If you're nearby and not sure if you're in my range, feel free to get in touch - I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Q: What age puppies do you work with?
A: I work with puppies as young as 8 weeks, once they're settled in to their home. Each pup's care is tailored to their age, stage and confidence level.
Q: What kind of training do you offer?
A: I focus on positive, reward-based training that builds trust and encourages good habits - recall, toilet training, basic commands and confidence building
Q: Will my puppy be walked with other dogs?
A: No - my puppy walks are one-to-one to ensure your pup gets my full attention, stays safe and walks at their own pace. The only time your oup would be with other puppies is if you opt for the "Puppy Socialisation" service.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes! I am fully insured for walking, training and in-home care - your puppy's safety and peace of mind are top priority.
Q: Do you offer regular or one-off bookings?
A: Both! I offer ongoing weekly slots for consistent care, as well as one-off or short term bookings. I can also accommodate shift workers, just let me know what you need!
Q: What about if there are other dogs in the household?
A: Absolutely! I am experienced in working with multi-dog households. Whether it's walking, training or both! I am also happy to work with any other dogs even if they are not puppies. Just let us know what works best for your pack!
Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Our prices depends on the type of services you require. Prices start at just £10.

Q: Can I meet you before booking?
A: Absolutely! I offer a free meet-and-greet so you and your pup can get to know me before committing. It's a great chance to ask questions, discuss your pup's needs, and make sure that everyone feels comfortable. I want you to feel confident that your dog is in good hands from day one!
Q: My puppy is very nervous - will this still work for them?
A: Yes! Nervous puppies are often the ones who benefit most from gentle walks and positive training. We use calm, confidence-building techniques tailored to your puppy's pace. With patience, consistency, and lots of encouragement, even the shyest pups can come out of their shell. We're here to help your little one feel safe, supported and proud of every small win!
Q: What duration of care is possible? I'm going out all day
A: No problem - we've got you covered! We offer flexible care options ranging from quick drop-in visits to multiple walks and extended sessions throughout the day.
Whether your pup needs potty breaks, playtime, meals, or some company while you're out. I'll create a custom schedule to keep them happy and cared for all day long.
